A strong UL-approved, 3/8" thick, continuous black polypropylene rope is attached permanently at each of four ring exposures. International Safety Orange Buoy with 64 square inches of SOLAS-grade reflec- tive panels. Complies with SOLAS 83. Weighs 34 lbs.
