Nautiflex Corrugated Silicone Exhaust Hose has a blue silicone tube and cover with a smooth finish for easy cleaning. The hose is wire rein- forced and will not collapse under suction or in a bend. The corrugated cover allows the hose to bend for easy installation. The Nautiflex, two ply construction, has wire captured between fabric plies. This hose is primarily used for main engine exhaust, generator exhaust, engine coolant circulation, engine intake and generator intake. It is resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze and saltwater.

This hose is made of fume and chemical resistant premium sili- cone rubber, reinforced with 3-ply woven polyester fabric. The outer layer of silicone resists the effects of oil splash, tempera- ture extremes, vibration and age hardening. Stays flexible and outlasts ordinary hose by years. Temperature range: -67°F to +347°F. Meets SAE J2006 Class A. Smooth band hose clamps and Constant-Torque or Aero-Seal are recommended. Recheck torque after installing while engine is still cold. This blue silicone hose is made of fine quality silicone compounds and it is a lighter duty construction made with 1-ply of braid- ed polyester fabric. It has excellent resistance to hardening and shrinking and is unaffected by ozone and meets SAE J20R3 Class A requirements. Smooth band clamps are recommended such as the Constant-Torque or Torro Series. Re-check torque after installing while engine is cold. Torque to 20-30 in. lbs.
